Before the start of the winter season, regular maintenance work was carried out on the cable car as part of each routine technical inspection. This also included the replacement of the haul rope, which, although unplanned, was necessary to ensure the safe transport of passengers and was a prerequisite for obtaining the operating permit.
During the technical inspection following the completed maintenance works, which concluded on 15 December 2025, an unforeseen event occurred that required additional intervention. As a result, the procedure of the professional technical inspection was extended. After all completed works, the cable car is in flawless condition, and we are currently awaiting the competent authorities to finalise the professional technical inspection and issue the permit for passenger transport.
For this reason, we are currently unable to provide a reliable date for the resumption of operations, as this does not depend on us but on the timeline of the execution and completion of the professional technical inspection by the competent authorities. We sincerely hope to be able to inform you about this soon.
